Great mission experiences happen intentionally, not accidentally. Mission teams are coming prepared to serve your city alongside you. You as the host are the visionary, director of the ministry, schedule etc. This training will help your church think through how to utilize teams. Hosting mission teams should not place the entire burden on the pastor. Your mission team partners want to meet people from your congregation. Start now and bring them to this training.
This training will help your compassion ministry champions and your church:

- Develop your goals for mission teams
